Parcel at depot for 2 days and emails ignored

The first time i contacted them my parcel have been sitting in the jhb dc for 24 hours which didnt make sense because my parcel was split into 2 parcels when they received the first one it was scanned in 7 sept 12:08 and that very same day at 20:05 it was on its way to rbay dc which is great i got my parcel and so far the service was fast and awesome but now they got my second parcel it got scanned in at 9 sept 12:05 so i assumed its going to be out the same day but it was not so i sent a email the next day 10 sept 10:26 my email said i want to enquire about my parcel that is still at your depot and not moving . BUFZA8GJ01228F1YQ and the response i got was copy and paste thing they send to everyone when asking about the parcel so i waited and it was at 17:05 when i checked if there was any movement on my parcel and there was not so i sent another email saying i just find it ridiculous that my parcel has been sitting there since yesterday 9 sept 12:05 and havent moved , when my first parcel was there at 7 sept 12:08 and it was in transit to Richards bay that same day . This email got ignored it is now 11 sept 12:06 . Its been sitting in the jhb dc for 2 whole days and no movement on my parcel . i did send another email at 11 sept 11:43 and my email said seeing as my last email is getting ignored should i assume you lost my parcel ? its been sitting in your jhb dc for 2 days already i dont see why is it not going out to the next point . . You shipped my first parcel so fast and now the second one just sitting there .. As im writing this ill wait till exactly 14;00 before posting this so if you seeing it then i clearly didnt get a response and another email of mine got ignored
