No service from buffalo

This company is really bad. Yesterday the driver told me that she isn't driving 20 minutes to deliver my parcel after I sent her my location. This is the 3rd time she is failing to deliver my parcel. I don't live in a remote area. It was very rude of the driver telling me that she isn't driving 20mins to deliver my parcel
