Never use Buffalo Logistics

I wish to formally place on record my dissatisfaction with the service received from Buffalo International Logistics. My parcel has been held at the Vaal depot for approximately one week without delivery. During this time, I have made numerous attempts to obtain assistance telephonically; however, the employees I engaged with were unable to provide any meaningful assistance. Despite my requests, I was not initially afforded the opportunity to escalate the matter to a supervisor or manager. On Thursday, I was eventually contacted by a manager, who advised that the manager of the Vaal depot would ensure delivery of my parcel on the same day. To date, being Saturday, the parcel has still not been delivered. Furthermore, no further communication or updates have been provided. Subsequent attempts to contact the depot have been unsuccessful, as calls have gone unanswered. This ongoing delay, coupled with the lack of communication and failure to adhere to the undertaking is unacceptable.
