My delivery was rescheduled without my permission nor knowledge

My delivery was rescheduled without my permission nor knowledge. The person responsible for my delivery did not communicate with me about this and denied that the package was with him. He also happened to deliver another package which was dispatched days after mine around my location but did not deliver mine. He also failed to deliver on the day he rescheduled to deliver it. The name of the driver is Raymond Makwena Lekolwane
