I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Buffalo Logistics

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Buffalo Logistics. My parcel, which contained my glasses ordered from Lensmart, has apparently been lost, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating.

What makes this situation even worse is the lack of communication and professionalism. There were no proper updates or notifications about what was happening with my parcel. I had to take the initiative to contact the relevant parties myself just to get answers about something that should have been communicated to me.

This has caused me unnecessary inconvenience, especially because I urgently needed these glasses. Customers should not have to chase a logistics company for information about their own deliveries.

I expected reliable service, timely communication and accountability. Unfortunately, Buffalo Logistics has failed to meet those expectations. I hope they take responsibility for this situation and improve their customer service because this experience ha
