Frustrating Delays, Dedicated Driver

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service received from Buffalo International Logistics. Responses often take days, and I experienced unnecessary delays in receiving my parcel, largely due to what appears to be inefficiency and lack of urgency from warehouse staff. My parcel moved in and out of the warehouse repeatedly over the course of a week, with no resolution achieved through their efforts. However, I would like to acknowledge the delivery driver, Cyprian Leander Cairncross. He consistently responded promptly to my messages, kept me informed, and took the initiative to track my parcel and ensure it was delivered. While my overall experience with the company has been disappointing, the driver’s commitment to excellent service is truly commendable and appreciated.
