Falsified Records & Negligence – Buffalo Logistics

I am beyond disgusted with the service provided today (2026-05-05). Despite speaking to the driver at 12:11 and sending a WhatsApp at 12:14 with the precise location and Unit number of my apartment the driver logged a "Return! reason: Address incorrect" at 12:57. This is a blatant lie. I have call logs and time-stamped messages proving the driver had the correct information. I have emailed Buffalo Logistics with no resolution. Since your staff prefers to falsify records rather than deliver parcels, I am now forced to escalate this. I am prepared to take legal action for the loss of goods and the falsification of delivery documents. Deliver my parcel today or expect a summons.
