Driver issue - Simphiwe Sibeko - Delay and missed delivery constantly

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.

I am still waiting for my parcel due to ongoing issues with your driver, Simphiwe Sibeko (cell: ***). This is not the first time I’ve experienced problems with him, which is why I am now escalating the matter publicly.

He has repeatedly returned with my parcel without my consent and is now falsely claiming that I requested a reschedule. I did not request any reschedule.

In addition, his attitude has been consistently rude and dismissive. When I asked him to wait briefly as I was walking towards him, he responded by saying I am “not his only client,” which was both unnecessary and unprofessional.

There was also an incident where he attempted to deliver my parcel after hours to a corporate location, which was inappropriate.

At this point, I am requesting: - Immediate delivery of my parcel - A full explanation regarding the false reschedule claim - Assurance that this driver will never be assigned to my deliveries again

This situation has caused unnecessary frustration and delays. I expect urgent intervention and resolution.
