Conflicting Tracking Information

I am extremely frustrated with the service (or lack thereof) from Buffalo. My parcel (BUFZA8RC22544DGYQ) cleared customs on March 20th and arrived at the local warehouse on the 21st. It has been "In Transit to City" for 5 days now, even though I am 20 minutes away from the hub. To make matters worse, the WhatsApp agents are claiming that the parcel is "held in customs for 5-8 days" when the tracking clearly shows it passed that stage a week ago. This is unprofessional and deceptive. Stop giving scripts and deliver my package.
