Complaint Regarding Delivery Failure & Additional Charges

I request urgent clarification on the following:

Why was I not contacted on my updated number for delivery? Why has my parcel been routed to Johannesburg instead of Cape Town? Why am I being charged an additional fee due to an error that appears to be on your side? Why was there no feedback provided on the escalated query?
