Buffalo Unsuccessful Delivery

I received a notification that my shein parcel was out for delivery on Thursday (30 April 2026) and I waited for their call so I can pick it up but didn’t receive it, later that day my status changed to return due to unfinished delivery, I don’t know why because my cellphone number is valid and address is correct. I’ve been trying to call and email them but no response. I need this parcel urgently!
