First, they captured the delivery address wrong. It took them two days to sort this out. The parcel was then confirmed for delivery on Thursday the 5th of February. On the 6th of February, the driver phoned me, asking me to confirm my delivery address. Turns out he is in Pretoria. So, they did not correct the delivery address two days before. Today is the 9th of February. I still do not have my parcel. The contact numbers on the website does not exist. The cell number goes to voicemail. What a disgrace. Please do not use this company.
