Bad experience My parcel was returned due to incorrect contact details. Called in and sent emails to update my contacts and was told that my number was updated and today the redelivery of my parcel is on its way. I call in now only to find that the number was not updated and my order is going to be sent back again. Once you send an email their agents call you back but chat with each other until they drop the call.
