ZERO STAR RATING should be allowed!

Probably the worst, most unreliable logistics company around. I have repeatedly emailed, corrected incorrectly captured addresses/GPS location and yet my parcel is still unable to find it's way to me. I simply don't understand how this is even allowed from a consumer protection perspective - shocking. Avoid if at all possible! 0 ZERO STAR RATING
