I placed a Shein order on 13 November 2022, and they promised to deliver between the 30 November and 02 December 2022, up to now I haven't received my parcel till today the 20 December 2022. they are using Buffalo courier company and they not assisting shame, their service is pathetic, Shein please stop using this Buffalo courier company you will loose SA customers , I really need my clothes'

21 Dec 2022, 12:52Today is the 21 December 2022 and no movement with my order has not arrived yet, the logistic status have been reading "3rd party express in-transit" from the 05 December 2022.
I tried to call Buffalo logistics, the voice note said I am number 500 in the queue. can someone help us please.
Shein should know the courier they are utilizing is not servicing their customers, we paid them lots of money for such pathetic service, they must follow up on our behalf.
Please help.
