Zero Feedback - Non delivery

I purchased a total of 19 items from Temu. There was no delay from Temu. The parcels are lying in the Durban warehouse for 3 weeks. I have sent 23 messages (e-mails and whatsapp), but only receive automated responses that the parcels are out for delivery. There's no way to make live contact. I contacted Temu several times to follow up - also no help from them. The items were discounted, so a refund will not really compensate in terms of value. I am deeply disappointed in these 'faceless' companies that I'm dealing with.
