Zero customer service

The warehouse staff and drivers don’t know what they are doing, my parcel was returned tree times due to wrongful allocation the drivers didn’t even bother to call, couldn’t get out of my house for the whole week but I’m still leaving on Monday for my vacation without my order, the call centre is not helpful at all some of them even lie or put your phone on hold because they don’t have solutions.they should re look into their whole delivery plan, it’s as if they designed it to frustrate customers. I wish Shein could let us choose our own delivery company.
