Zero customer etiquette

Buffalo International Logistics is the worst delivery transport business…yesterday the 24th of November 2021 I called the company to enquire about my parcel where I got an sms saying that they would be delivering my parcel on the 23rd of November 2021 my parcel never got delivered…. And so when I called them I told them I was gonna come collect my parcel today the 25th and they agreed upon my arrival they tell me my parcel is in transit??!!!!! Meanwhile I done told them I will come pick it up….like these guys are ridiculous they also don’t even have customer service etiquette….I will never ever order with SHEIN again if they still using this ridiculous company!!!!
