ZERO communication from Buffalo International Logistics!!!

BUFZA***YQ I've been trying to contact Buffalo international logistics for 2 weeks regarding a big mistake made by them for delivering my parcel at a wrong address 1000's of kilometers away from the correct address I gave them. I'ved chat to a useless bot, whatsapp a Bianca, emailed everyone, phoned 2 different couriers! No update from Buffalo, no sorry for the inconvenience, no "we will make a plan". It's been longer than a month-just pure silence. I even received a false email said signed and delivered!
