You have lost me as a customer - worst service ever

Worst customer service ever. No accountability. They don't read the email for details. I requested a refund for over paying, sent through the necessary docs and was told it was being processed. More than a month later, still no refund has been received. Trying to contact their support is like just being stuck in an endless loop where no one cares and they keep asking for the same document which I have sent about ten times now. Will never order from Shein again.
