Yet another disappointed and extremely ****ed off customer

I wish I had read these horrific reviews before ordering from Shein. I never would have even bothered with this ****show. My first order went smoothly. I got an email and SMS telling me that my parcel was dispatched. The driver even whatsapped me when he was at my address. The second parcel ( ordered one day after the first) has been sent back to the warehouse after an "unsuccessful delivery attempt" . I believe that there was no attempted delivery. The security guards never phoned ( complex) and I never recieved a dispatch email or SMS like the first order. My address and contact number were clear ( how else did they manage to deliver the day before?) Buffalo is completely unreachable, never answering their useless WhatsApp line and just send the same auto generated email. Calling their number is also a complete waste of energy. I'm convinced they hire people just to put the phone down when it rings. The only other option is to go to their warehouse?! Dont think I will get my parcel otherwise. Extremely ****ed off and will never order from Shein again because once the parcel leaves China it's not their problem anymore . Absolutely disgusting and atrocious.
