Good afternoon,

Driver claimed to have attempted delivery of my parcel , but did not arrive. Driver called me, and when I called back, he didn't answer. The app incorrectly states that I didn't answer the door.

My door as open, I was moping the floor when my phone rang from my bedroom, and when I got there it's stopped, and I called back immediately and there was no answer.

I request investigation and resolution regarding this misleading information and failed delivery.
