Wrong delivery

I ordered a package from SHEIN this morning I received an email stating that the order has been delivered but I haven’t received a package I wasn’t even contacted that’s what makes it worse .some sibongile signed for the package..No driver contacted to ask about whereabouts it just says updated on the portal but I didn’t receive I need my problem sorted ASAP otherwise I’m gonna report to the ombudsman and ICASS
