WORTHLESS COMPANY - DO NOT USE

Somebody from Buffaloex tried to deliver a package last Thursday without prior advice. I was out and in an area of bad Cellphone reception. I found the missed call upon returning home and called the driver. He said he would deliver it next day. He did not. I also received an sms from the company to arrange a new date which I did for yesterday Monday 22 Jan. I took the day off work and as by 16:30 there was no delivery I called Buffalo Customer Care who said that there was still one hour until deliveries ceased and that it would be delivered. I tried to trace it on line but their tracking service no longer works. Now they expect me to wait an indeterminate time for them to 'investigate' DO NOT USE THIS CHINESE COMPANY.
