Worst Supervisors EVER

This is a follow up review after my first. My parcel has been sent between Cape Town and Joburg 3 times now.

I’m have not been soo angry at a company in my life, I actually want to drive down to Buffalo in JHB and give them a piece of my mind.

The supervisors have been calling me back from 8am till now. They are never available to speak to me. The last lady I spoke to a few minuets ago was told to tell me that someone from Cape Town will call me tomorrow. Tomorrow? Excuse me what circus are they running there? They can not get an address correct and their supervisors are a disgrace in the customer support industry. An agent cannot be expected to push back on an escalation all day if I’m calling for answers all day what makes you think they are not doing the right thing. Take accountability and call me back, how are you a supervisor that can’t take a call but you are supervising someone who handles my call everyday?
