Worst shipping experience!
Extremely disappointed in this company! On the Zaful app, it states that my package was received by client but I did not receive anything. The consultant was adamant that it might have been picked up by a family member but that is not possible. Absolutely the worst service I've ever gotten from a shipping company. We ought to seek legal counsel about this company

23 Nov 2020, 14:41Update: I called the company repeatedly and texted the Whatsapp number. I also threatened legal action as I am aware that many people are in my predicament. They said they would investigate and then they linked me with the people on my side of the country. My package was delivered 2 days later
