Worst servics ever from Buffalo

I am helping an elderly woman who paid tax via her banking app. The tax did not go through and we had to upload a proof of payment. Buffalo rehects it each time even though all necessary details is on it. We tried emailing them, got no response. We tried whatsapping, no respons. We tried to chat to an agent through the bot, no response. Youvhave caused an elderly lady to be nervous wreck. I am a reseller and this is pathetic. Please be aware when ordering from Shein and Temu of Buffalo. Buffalo are only willing to help some clients apparently.
