Worst service no package and no information

Afternoon calling the call center a number of times. My package as been in the province since the 12th of December 2025.

No one answered the whatsapps or emails other than stating the package will be delivered in the next 48 to 72 hours.

It's been more then 2 weeks.

We are even in a new year yet no one can answer when ill receive my parcel.

Managers dont get back to you. All you're left with is a 48- 72 hours.

How long.is your 48 - 72 hours.

I've requested to collect other myself yet thats an issue as well.

May package has been paid for. All outstanding fees paid for So I see this as nothing more than theift. The utmost worst service and customer service received.
