Worst service, no communication, frustration

If there was a zero rating I would give it to you that, lack of communication should be the the companies moto, the order is from the 26 April and they have not delivered till today, the packaged returned to Buffalo due to wrong allocation, the last update was 3rd May and I have called twice and the matter was escalated and was told I will recieve a call withing 48 hours after the first call and that never happened, when they do deliver its late at night and the driver looks drunk, this is the worse experience or a courier company ever.
