Worst service I have ever experienced.

29 June I ordered from SHEIN, my things were suppose to be delivered 18 July. I still have not received my things. I call everyday and get the same story of your parcel should be delivered within 48 hours. Now my parcel is with a third party where I cannot track it. The tracking status barely changes, Buffalo will not tell me who the third party. It’s extremely frustrating as it’s almost been a month since I ordered.
