Worst service from Buffalo Logistics

I logged a return for a package purchased on Shein. The return was logged on the 2nd of December 2025 and was assigned to Buffalo Logistics.

For the whole week I have been calling and the update is the same a driver has been dispatched and they will contact you today.

As of today I am on leave and I will be forced to travel over 40km to town to hand over the parcel to the driver because of their failures to collect it in time.

By far the worst courier company I have ever worked with.
