Worst service from buffalo ever

Worst experience i have ever had waiting a month now for my parcel even when it has landed they taking their time they said will be delivered urgently saturday was out for delivery today they said its going to take another 72working hours this is ridiculous. i will not recommend them at all very rude staff over the phone switching the phone down of they dont want to explain my mother ordered and received her parcel 9 days even after i have ordered this is veryvery bad service
