Worst service from Buffalo
Buffalo logistics staff is the worst people i have ever dealt with
From the call center they send you from pillar to post, their chat box is ever more pathetic. I was transferred to Ferdernand Manoko on the chat who never even bothered to say hello - he/she ignore me
I ask them to change my phone number for the parcel- I am explaining. Still now they say the system cant - how will the driver get hold of them ? Its not their point
