WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! SHOCKING!!!

I ordered a few goodies from Shein.

They use Buffalo International Logistics to courier your goods to South Africa.

THEIR SERVICE IS JUST TERRIBLE! SHOCKING!

They send you an email with a WhatsApp number which you can use for quick responses, quick? So waiting for days with no answer is that quick? I don't think so!

Then they also give you an email address to use for support. Well UNDELIVERABLE! So so disappointed in their service.

I wish Shein can just use ARAMEX ONLY as they actually call you and update you about your parcel. Shein be very careful as this company is giving you a real bad name.
