Worst service ever!!! Never again!

Worst experience ever!! I received the worst service on the phone and spent almost R80 just to actually speak to someone! Waited 15 minutes to be answered. Support Agent was very rude after a phone call with the driver of my parcel she told me it's impossible that it will be delivered today even though I received a message that I'll get it today. I'm so upset and I'm waiting for this package the whole day but nothing! I told them it's urgent but no reply.
