Worst service ever for delivering your parcels

How unprofessional are you guys , series it is almost a week and overtime i phone for my package it is the same story will be delivered in 48 hours how many 48 hours is there and then when you ask to speak to the person that is working with the drivers no their is no one so you wanne tell me they work just as they want

And then firstly you gave my package to the wrong driver not my mistake your mistake so then it is out for delivery then it is this then it is that serious how the heck do you work like this

Next time I am definitely using someone else I am so disappointed in you guys and sick and tired of sitting at home waiting for you guys canceling my things because if I miss you then it is a different story again how do you guys expect to get work in if you service is so bad 😡
