WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

The most ridiculous service I’ve ever received from Buffalo logistics!!! My delivery address clearly states that it’s a business address, when I saw my parcel is out for delivery in the morning I called the courier company and advised the agent that they are delivering to a business and business hours are 07:00 till 14:00 so I requested for the parcel to be delivered before 14:00. It’s 4 pm now and my parcel still not delivered.

Called the call centre again and the ****** RUDE agent named Ofentse was just as useless. Said to me they deliver till 18:30 even if it’s a work address, how dumb can she be!!! I want this resolved NOW!!!!!!!
