Worst service ever experienced!!!!

How can a service delivery company have no means to contact them? Can't get through to them via phone and they don't respond to WA. Their updates when trying to track an order (which is already a week overdue) is very vague and doesn't give a clear indication of the status on the order. I thought it easier to rather collect from them, but they don't even respond when requesting to do so and there is also no indication of where the Pretoria depot is. Has anyone perhaps had any luck contacting their China branch?
