Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Absolutely no communication. Package went out for delivery, no communcation. Package did not arrive. When I followed up the answer was the driver couldn't find the address. Absolutely no phone call even. Next update I received was that the package was returned to JHB, 300km from me. When you phone customer service, you get no answers, only rude agents. Whatsapps not being answered, emails not being rep**** to. Worst service ever
