WORST SERVICE EVER

Good after noon

I called Buffalo on the 16th August to track my parcel no. BUFZA***YQ and was assisted my a lady called Mahlatse. The lady was very rude on the phone and when I asked her why she was very rude she hung up the call. I then dialled back and waited the queue again and eventually I got transferred to another lady who was very polite to me, when she checked my parcel she advised me that Mahlatse cancelled my order but she informed me that the reversed the cancellation. She assured me that my parcel would get delivered to me last week.

From the 16th until today I haven’t received any feedback so I decided to call and check again, to my surprise I am told that my parcel is cancelled and will be sent back to China.

What am i supposed to do now
