Worst service ever

This is the most horrible and traumatic experience ordering online. Everything was cleared at customs on 18 March. Today 5 April is my birthday and I was supposed to wear what I bought. When I check status of delivery it says the client requested delivery to be rescheduled. What a bunch of lies because no one called me regarding delivery and no one came to the house. Their phones are just ringing all day, they don't respond to emails or their WhatsApp. Buffalo is the absolute worst. My special day was ruined 😔😔
