WORST SERVICE EVER

Worst Service EVER!!!! Never had a problem until recently.

Twice now after I paid my import tax/courier fee send to me via email, and paid through their portal have I waited 2 months for delivery. I keep on getting emails to say it hasn't been paid. Numerous of Emails with POP and phone calls for both orders, and my payment is still not allocated.

Every time they blame that the wrong reference was made, and that reference their portal generates not the client paying the account.

You send them your POP, phone them and then they advise you must send it again, it is ridiculous.
