Worst Service Ever!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NO GOODS RECEIVED I placed an order with Shein in December and paid customs fees. 3 Weeks later I followed up as the parcel arrived in JHB but no movement happened. On 14 Jan I sent an expidite package request to Shein. All of a sudden on 15 Jan at 12:15 an update appears-parcel delivered. I contacted Buffalo to advise i never received the parcel and everyday the story changes,they will escalate. Eventually after numerous calls they sent me a refund form with details for Palesa who would assist with a refund. She received my refund request however to date no payment has been received. Funny enough when they sent me the waybill from Skynet which was processed on 15 Jan there is no signature or details it says "created only".Im not sure why Shein makes use of this company because they clearly dont care about service.
