WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have exeperienced the worst service ever from the **** logistics company! i dont know why Shein uses these people cause they are bull****! I placed an order on Shein and they sent me an email detailing that I should Pay customs before I can receive my order! I've paid the custom fee using their stupid online payment link! and now I havent received my order and I am being bombarded with email's and phone calls saying that I need to pay customs! WHICH IS ALREADY ****EN DONE! They are not attentive, they don't answer there call's instead you have to wait ****en 1hrs to a stupid computer telling you what call number you are only to get to the end and still be cut off with no response! WORST SERVICE EVER!! If Shein going to continue using the bull**** service called BUFFALO then id rather not order from them too!
