WORST SERVICE EVER!

The one star is just being generous honestly. I have been waiting for my package for two weeks now with zero communication. They don’t answer whatsapp texts and their telephone goes unanswered YET they are soooo active on their social media pages. The last update I got which was a week and a half ago said that the package will be delivered in 3-5 days…well? WHERE IS IT CAUSE I SURE DON’T HAVE IT! and I ordered will in time cause I REALLY NEEDED THE CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE! Don’t make promises you cannot keep. Shein should really rethink their business with Buffalo or they stand a chance to lose customers. VERY UNACCEPTABLE
