WORST SERVICE EVER

Pathetic service parcel arrived in the country on the 30th November. I have not received my package 19 days later...terrible service ... You on hold for more than an hour and my issue still isnt resoved. Shame on you Buffalo. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone.
