Worst service ever

Ordered our parcel in November been in SA since beginning December. Our parcel still says label printed. Was promised delivery on the 17th December still waiting. Now when yoh try and phn after 1.43mins it cuts you off. I do agree how can such a big company like shein allign it self with a **** company like buffalo, potentially the worst ever no management skills ate obviously available to a company of this size. Going to be a very **** Xmas ordered hubby and daughter stiff for christmas from shein. I have logged tickets whaysapped mailed and still have no response They do not even derserve a star
