worst service ever...

On the 7th of December 2023 I received a sms from Buffalo logistics that my parcel is out for delivery No one showed up On the 8th nothing On the 11th nothing

On the 12th I called They driver said my phone was off the whole day And the address was wrong On the 13th I corrected everything with them On the 14 called again The guy assured me i will receive my parcel on the 18th since its holidays

On the 18th didnt receive a sms to say its out on delivery I called again I asked to speak with the managers The manager was in a meeting he/she will call me back Nothing I called again The lady said she will asked them to release the parcel So today the 19th I called Asked for the manager again They put the call thru All of a sudden the call disconnected

I called again Asked again for the manager The lady told me The manager is busy and cant come down

What service is that

I have never in my whole life begged like this for my own thing All the can do Is lie They are very *********
