Worst service ever!!

I received an email 3 days ago stating that my package is out for delivery and to make sure that someone is at home to receive the package. I took off work that day and waited the whole day for a package that never came. I had to take off work for 3 days now to wait for a package that never came. They keep sending me emails that my package is out for delivery. This is the worst service ever, really unprofessional. I would not advise any consumer or business to make use of this horrible service.
