WORST SERVICE EVER

They dont even deserve a star at all!!! Monday morning on the 1st of December 2025 they told me my package is on its way then they said no its returned because they gave it to the wrong driver...then i waited another 2 days and they said they were going to mark my parcel as urgent this morning on the 5th of december it said dispatched now 30min later they said return because no one answered the phone but no one tried to call me buffalo wasnt even at my house as there is always people here...this is the worst service ever if i phone them they are so rude over the phone no one can assist me they are RUDE!!! I WILL NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!
